TruckIQ (“TruckIQ,” “we,” “us”), a service operated by GS Trucking Freight Inc., provides a text-message back-office tool for trucking owner-operators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We use your information solely to provide the TruckIQ service: to process the loads, invoices, and payments you ask us to handle, to send you account and service notifications by text and email, and to operate your view-only account portal. To deliver the location updates you request, we may send a load’s status to the broker dispatch email address shown on the rate confirmation you provide.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate TruckIQ (for example, our SMS carrier, cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment processing providers), and only as needed to run the service or when required by law.
